I'm Harini, a Mechanical Engineering student with a passion for design and vehicle dynamics. I excel in teamwork and collaborative projects. My skills in designing innovative solutions are complemented by my adaptability and problem-solving mindset. Beyond engineering, I'm a dancer and Silambam instructor, which enhance my creativity and discipline. I constantly push myself to learn new things and overcome challenges. BAJA ATV STEERING SYSTEM

The Steering system of the off-road vehicle is responsible for controlling the direction and maneuverability. The design, development, and integration of the Steering system are the major phases. We execute various tests, including Steering response evaluations, turning radius measurements, and durability guarantees to design an efficient Steering system. We coordinate with other subsystems, such as the Suspension, Chassis, and Powertrain, to ensure proper fitment, clearances, and optimal weight distribution.

SELF BALANCING DELIVERY BOX

A self-stabilizing delivery box designed to safeguard delicate food items during transport. This innovative box employs an integrated gyroscopic mechanism within the inner structure. The gyroscope actively counters roll and pitch movements. Furthermore, the space between the inner and outer box acts as a protective zone filled with vibration and shock absorption materials, mitigating any remaining impact on the contents. The exterior of the box is made from aluminum, offering a crucial balance. Aluminum provides the necessary strength to withstand the rigors of delivery, while remaining lightweight for efficient handling.

PNEUMATIC HEIGHT SORTER

This project focuses on leveraging advanced sensor technologies such as laser, infrared sensors combined with a sophisticated Arduino control system to accurately measure and sort items by height as they move along a conveyor belt using pneumatic components. By automating this process, the height sorting machine significantly reduces the need for manual labour, thereby decreasing labour costs and minimizing the risk of sorting errors.

GRINDING WHEEL FIXTURE

This fixture enables a precise stepped rotation of the grinding wheel which can be controlled using an integrated stepper motor used to read the 2d profile of the grinding wheel surface for further research purposes."
