Some of My Highlights
The Braking system is an important aspect of the off-road vehicle that student teams design and build. The team focus on the design and development of individual braking components such as calipers, and pedal assemblies. We utilize engineering principles and computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed designs, perform structural analysis, and ensure proper integration with other vehicle systems. We ensure the proper pressure distribution of the hydraulic system, considering some factors such as temperature, and reliability of the components
In CAE report I worked under thermal analysis where we find the temperature generated in brake disc during braking process. In this analysis proper calculations were performed to find the power generated during braking considering the dynamics of braking process and brake biasing.
Designed a venturi nozzle for mist lubrication for near dry EDM process. CFD analysis on the nozzle is done to find the pressure distribution and performance like spray cone angle were evaluated.
Designed the website for team CEG MOTORSPORTS and side panels pattern for the year 2022 and 2023
Have worked on ABS and ESC brakes. Created a accumulator volume calculator for the company which helps them selecting apt accumulator size for ABS.
